Tiny Tales Photography – Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

​By booking a session with Tiny Tales Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability

All clients attend photography sessions at their own risk. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, Tiny Tales Photography is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the session. You will not be asked to enter dangerous areas or perform any activity that compromises your safety; however, by participating in the session, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own safety and that of any accompanying individuals (including children).

2. Deposit & Booking

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your session date and time and will be deducted from the final balance.

• If the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions or illness (either on your part or mine), the deposit will be carried over to a new agreed date.

• If you choose to cancel your booking entirely, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.

3. Final Payment

The remaining balance for your session is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. If payment is not received in full by this time, the session may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of Tiny Tales Photography.

4. Turnaround Time & Image Selection

You will receive your online gallery within 21 days of your session. Your package includes a set number of final images, which you can select from the gallery. If you’d like to upgrade and receive the entire gallery of edited images, this can be done for an additional $80.

5. Image Use & Social Media

By agreeing to have your photos taken, you grant Tiny Tales Photography the right to use selected images from your session for promotional purposes, including on social media (such as Instagram) and on the Tiny Tales Photography website. If you have any concerns or wish to request that specific images not be shared, please let me know in writing prior to your session.

6. Copyright & Image Usage

Tiny Tales Photography retains full copyright of all images taken during your session. As the client, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final, edited images for personal use only - such as printing, sharing with family and friends, or posting on personal social media accounts.

Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. To preserve the integrity and style of the work, clients are kindly asked not to apply filters or make edits that change the original appearance of the photos.

7. Client Privacy

Any personal information collected by Tiny Tales Photography (such as your name, email address, and phone number) is used solely for communication and the delivery of your photography services. Your information is stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

While some session images may be used for marketing purposes (as outlined above), you may request that specific images or your entire session remain private. Just let me know in writing ahead of your shoot, and I’m happy to accommodate.
